Although the Hampton Inn is not located as close to The Highlands it's still only about 8 miles west on I-70. Take the Oglebay Park Exit (2-A) off I-70 then proceed east (turn right) onto U.S. 40 for about 1/4 mile. The Hampton Inn is located on the left side.

Several restaurants are close by. TJ's Restaurant and a Super Buffet Restaurant are directly across from the hotel and there's also a Perkins Restaurant, Bob Evans and Hardees within walking distance.

Oglebay Park, just a short distance away, is well worth a visit. In the winter months you can take a driving tour through the park while enjoying all the animated light displays. They're sure to put you in the holiday spirit.
